"Cat has an extraordinary ability to be attuned to whoever she is with—their stories, their emotions, their body language… She’s compassionate, thoughtful, and insightful. It’s really a gift to experience the kind of absolute presence that Cat naturally offers."

FAQ
ADHD coaching is designed to help you bridge the gap between knowing what to do and being able to do it.
It’s designed for people who think, process, and operate differently — and want support and science-backed strategies to make real, sustainable progress in work, relationships, and daily life.
As your coach, I:
Listen deeply and ask thoughtful, clarifying questions
Help you recognize, celebrate, and work from your strengths and values
Support you in finding the language and evidence to affirm your lived experience
Co-create individualized, affirming experiments to try between sessions
Therapy
Therapy helps you heal pain or conflict from the past that affects how you function emotionally today. It’s about healing, understanding, and feeling better.
Coaching is less about healing and emotional processing, and more about action towards our life goals. That being said, the coaching partnership can be still be an inherently intimate relationship, and always remains a candid and compassionate environment.
Replacement for Doctors or Medical Professionals
ADHD coaching is a supportive, non-clinical service—not a substitute for medical care, therapy, or diagnosis. I cannot give diagnoses or prescribe medication. That said, I’m happy to help you connect with the right professionals and build a strong support network.
Coaching can be especially nourishing when paired with therapy and/or other clinical services, offering a fuller support system for care.
